Great workout with Matt and Chris last night. I love this drill, I used to do it at the end of my workouts once I was already spent. Full court, speed drill and pull up on a dime into a jump shot. You can do it from 15 feet all the way out to 3 point land. Make sure you’re going hard, and make 10. Once you get this move down, you will be deadly on a fast break. The defense is already on it’s heels and you pulling up as they’re moving backwards, they’ve got no chance at all. If you’re doing it correctly, and you’ve already busted your butt in your workout, this will be the final cherry on your exhausted sundae.
