This is the final thing I had Matt and Chris do last night. Lots of people just focus on skill work, but you HAVE to work on the physical side as well. There’s gotta be some defensive slides, some sprints, some line jumps. Anything that improves speed and quickness is a must. You can be creative. In a couple of weeks I will post a bunch of videos with different drills you can do to improve all this. Check the video, it incorporates all of this in one drill. This was after the speed dribbling drill (check the video below this post) and this video is their 2nd time through. So they’re spent here, but busting their butts nonetheless. They are absolutely killing the off-season….
