What’s up guys!!!!!
Here is round 2 for the Zach, Radz and BT Series. I hope you are enjoying this series of video’s from a great workout that we did that encompassed many different skills over the course of 2 hours. If you didn’t see Part one, scroll down below this post and watch the first video then come on back.
In this clip, we work on a few different skill sets at once. For anyone that trains with me, you know that I’m a huge fan of 2 ball dribbling. My philosophy is very simple. If you can dribble with 2 balls, you can dribble even better with one. We go hard at the chair using an alternating two ball dribble, put one ball on the chair while continuing to dribble the other. From there, it’s a quick explosive dribble into a pull up jump shot. Make or miss, quickly come back around and grab the ball off the chair and take one more dribble into another pull up jumper.
The keys here are…
-Make sure you dribble hard with two balls, staying in control the entire time.
-Take a hard dribble into your first pull up.
-Come off the simulated screen hard, and take another hard dribble into your 2nd pull up.

If you are with a partner working out, make it a competition. And have fun with it as well. There’s no use getting out there if you’re not going to compete and enjoy yourself. If you are on your own, you can still have a competition by keeping score against yourself. Allow yourself only a certainy number of misses before you lose and have to start over.
