Ok here it is. After 2 hours of working our butts off and pushing our bodies to the limit during this intense 3 man workout, the final chapter ends with an additional 40 minutes of one on one. Whatever we had left in the tank, we gave it here. There we no rules other than if you get scored on, take a seat. One chance each to score and then we move on. The young fella started off hot, but the two crafty veterens buckled down and did their thing.

If you ARE going to wrap up your workout with one on one, do it the right way. Play tough defense. Get up in the offensive player’s grill. Explode to the basket. Be efficient. Finish with a bang and make it worth it. Don’t dribble around a million times and waste your energy and your time. Work on your offense and your defense and get yourself better every time you step on the court!
